Alison is an ISRM, ITEC, IIHHT & VTCT trained holistic massage therapist, initially qualifying in 2002 as a Member of the Complementary Therapists' Association, and now a Full Member of the ISRM (the prestigious Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage). She specializes in alleviating neuro-musculo-skeletal pain using a toolkit of effective, tension-releasing techniques, improving functional ranges of motion and promoting stress reduction, in this way helping her clients to achieve their optimal health and well-being goals.​
